Etiquette/Policies

To ensure efficient and a timely run business we have adopted a series of policies.

• 24 hour cancellation policy incur 50% fee. We are an appointment based business and we understand that last minute things do arise but the salon still bears the full cost.
• Please phone ahead if you’re going to be late, we will do our best to accommodate you the best we can.
• Appointment timing. Please allow 1 hour for cut. 1.5 hour for colour and blow dry and 2.5 for colour and cut combined. Full head and major colour corrections may take longer.
• All of our cut services include a blow dry in price and time and our renowned Dharma ritual.
• Mobile phones are asked to be turned off or on silent during your appointment.
